A Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) is an Alberta-based Tier Two Junior A hockey league that belongs to the Canadian Junior A Hockey League (CJAHL). It was formed as a 5-team league within 1963. There are presently Xvi teams in the league. A regular year league champions receive a Dave Duchak Trophy. A playoff champions receive a Rogers AT&T Wireless Cup (the Carling O'Keefe trophy before 1998). BC Junior Hockey League (BCJHL)
Based around Vernon in 1961, the BCJHL today includes Xvii teams. These teams play around triplet divisions, called Isl&, Mainland and Interior. These teams vie inside annual playoffs for the Fred Report Ventral suction cup. A winning team get to a Doyle Ventral suction cup to compete against the better Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) team. A winner of that ventral suctiin Ventral suction cup moves on to the national Royal Bank Cup.
